1. Service Reservations and Bookings

4. Conduct of Guests

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other patrons, staff, and the venue.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others.

• Damage caused to our property by a guest will be charged to the guest responsible.

All content provided on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and musical compositions presented during performances, is the property of The Mayfair Jazz Teahouse or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Mayfair Jazz Teahouse will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, subject to applicable law.
